Difficulty levels
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please take note of the descriptions of each difficulty level.
Easy:
This outing doesn't require much experience in sports, but does require some prior training (for example, in cycling, you need to have balance and understand the general operation of gears).

Intermediate:
This outing requires a fair amount of experience in the sport (you must be comfortable on intermediate trails for that sport). For example, on a bicycle, you must be comfortable on crushed stone bike paths or larger rock paths, such as the Aerobic Corridor, the Interval Trail, or poorly maintained forest roads.

Intermediate-advanced:
This outing requires a lot of experience in the sport (you must be comfortable on expert trails in that sport). For example, cycling on poorly maintained forest roads with loose rocks and crevices, such as the trails in the Ouareau Forest, in the Sepaq or Parks Canada areas.
In Nordic cross-country skiing, since conditions can change, you need to be comfortable on black trails in all conditions (ice, snow, etc.). A good example is the White Mountain trail in winter.
For advanced outings, you need to be able to do this over a long distance, have good endurance to be out for more than 8 hours in variable conditions (juggling the white and black mountain in the same day in Nordic cross-country skiing for example)
